SAINT – GOBAIN GLASS ROMANIA is looking for a customer service agent for its factory in Calarash.
Responabilities:
– Liaising with clients and take orders transmitted by fax, email or telephone;
– Checking the integrated management system for collecting information on correct processing of orders;
– Checking the availability of cargo and transportation;
– Managing the orders to factories and / or own warehouse;
– Managing the information regarding the evolution of the order received, documents received from factories, stock and credit limit;
– Informing sales representatives about the situation of customer’s orders;
– Issuing transport orders for deliveries;
– Prepares invoices and related documents according to delivery;
Requirements:
– Verbal and written communication skills, positive attitude;
– Strong customer orientation and to solve its problems;
– Very good capacity of analysis and synthesis;
– Knowledge of commercial documents: invoice, notice;
– Speaking Bulgarian is a major advantage;
– Good level of English;
– University degrees is an advantage;
– Good opperating skills with Microsoft Office, internet. SAP is an advantage ;
